Conor has always taught us that the workouts are as hard as we make them, and that does not change over video. Even virtually, I can still push myself as hard as I want, get deeper into my cues, feel that tension harder and harder. The virtual session is extremely close to the in-person sessions, because Conor is able to see what’s going on and correct the cues.
I started seeing Conor two years ago. I've had back and structural issues all of my life from genetics and sports. I had been to massage therapists, personal trainers, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and doctors to alleviate my back pain, but nothing worked.
Over the past two years Conor has educated me on what safe and functional fitness looks like. Conor focuses on proper alignment, mobility and also takes into consideration the mind/body connection during his sessions. He gets to know you as an individual and tailors your sessions to your daily life.
His practice has also pushed me to want to live a healthy lifestyle and exert positivity. Conor has with no doubt changed my life for the better and for that I will be forever grateful.
When I started running a year and a half ago, I hadn’t run in so long, and I was getting the worst cramping in my calves. After Conor taught me how to engage my lats to take the impact out of my legs, it was literally night and day. It took all the pain out of my calves, and I was able to run all through the summer and increase my speed and distance. It was wild. I fully believe in Conor’s methods.
